Aibidia Secures $28M In Series B Funding Round

Finland-based fintech firm Aibidia has raised $28 million in a Series B funding round to fuel its continued expansion into the United States. The round was led by Activant Capital, with participation from existing investors DN Capital, FPV, and Icebreaker.vc.

Established in 2018, Aibidia is transforming the way multinational corporations manage one of the most complex areas of corporate finance: transfer pricing. As regulatory scrutiny intensifies with global initiatives such as BEPS 2.0 and the EU’s BEFIT framework, cross-border tax compliance has become an increasingly demanding challenge. Aibidia’s AI-powered platform automates and streamlines transfer pricing operations, helping organisations reduce compliance risks and drive greater operational efficiency.

The fresh capital will support Aibidia’s efforts to scale its U.S. operations, following growing demand from American enterprises. The company recently opened a new office in Manhattan to strengthen its local presence and support existing clients, which already include major S&P 500 companies like EPAM Systems, Aptiv, and Omnicom.

Aibidia’s platform is currently utilised by more than 100 multinational enterprises, including globally recognised names such as Unilever, Dyson, Nokia, and Delivery Hero. Collectively, these clients oversee over 7,000 business entities through the platform. With U.S.-based clients already accounting for more than 15% of its revenue, Aibidia is strategically positioned to expand its footprint across international markets.
