Monica Evans (shown above) has been named senior vice president and director of property and casualty solutions at Alera Group. Mark Englert, the P&C practise leader, will be her boss.
Evans will be in charge of developing, implementing, and managing best practises and solutions for Alera Group’s P&C client service platform in her new position.
Englert remarked, “Monica is a fantastic addition to the Alera Group leadership team.” “Her technical knowledge serves as a solid foundation for production and customer service team members. Her expertise on resource optimization and operational efficiency will be a valuable complement to our fast expanding organisation. Monica is a wonderful addition to the Alera Group.”
Evans has worked in the insurance industry for almost 30 years. She was executive vice president and client service leader for business insurance at Marsh McLennan Agency before joining Alera Group. She began her career in Marsh’s risk management department as a casualty account executive. She also spent a decade at Willis, where she established and supervised the P&C department’s customer care platform in the New York office. Evans also worked at Wells Fargo Insurance Services as the business lines head for the New York metro region.
