Allstate opens claim centers in response to winter storm in Texas

American Insurance company, Allstate (The Allstate Corporation) extended their helping hands towards the winter-storm impacted customers in Texas.

The company assembled six Mobile Claim Centers (MCCs) in the most damaged areas of Texas which include Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, and Austin. This will help customers accelerate the claim process and answer any insurance questions they may have. The centers will take appropriate COVID-19 safety measures.

“Allstate leads in helping customers recover from this extreme weather with fast claim services through the Allstate Mobile app, advanced photo and video technology, and instant payments to customers,” said Allstate executive vice president and chief claims officer Eric Brandt. He also added, “Bringing our mobile claim centers to the area will make it easier for people to start rebuilding their lives.”

Along with the mobile claim centers Allstate also declared that they will provide finical support to nonprofits helping storm-affected residents in underserved communities. Allstate employee and agent donations to eligible non-profits will be matched up to $1,000 per donor per year by the Foundation.
