Willetts, bringing a remarkable experience in wealth of leadership and specialty underwriting experience spanning three decades into his new position. He will be leading the team in spearheading the development and growth of Carbon’s Accident & Health (A&H) proposition in the upcoming year.
Prior to joining Carbon, he served as the Executive Vice President and Head of Specialty Lines at Sompo International for five years and built the A&H portfolio. With an expertise of supervising leadership roles at ANV, Travelers, and other specialty underwriters, Dale’s expertise is a valuable addition to Carbon’s leadership.
