CRC Group, a premier wholesale specialty insurance distributor in North America, has recently announced the appointment of three new executives to its leadership team.
Jessica Marshall has been named chief marketing officer, Mike Baeurle has taken on the role of chief client officer, and Curtis Moore has been appointed chief administrative officer.
Renowned for its extensive insurance distribution services and expertise in wholesale solutions, CRC Group operates through three key divisions, providing commercial solutions, specialty programs, and life, retirement, and benefits services.
Marshall, who has been with CRC Group since 2018 as Senior Vice President and Director of Marketing, will now oversee all aspects of communication, advertising, public relations, and sales and producer development programs in her new role as Chief Marketing Officer.
Baeurle, previously the Executive Vice President of Agency Distribution, joined CRC Group through the acquisition of Swett & Crawford in 2016. As the new Chief Client Officer, he will lead the company’s retail agency distribution and business development strategy, managing client relationships across CRC Group’s three operating divisions.
Moore, who joined CRC Group in 2018 and has held various key roles, is now the Chief Administrative Officer. He will oversee all administrative and operational functions, focusing on the development and execution of corporate strategic performance initiatives, including business process improvements and technology advancements.
Marshall, Baeurle, and Moore will continue to report to Neil Kessler, President and Chief Operations Officer of CRC Group, and will be part of the Group Support Services (GSS) team. This team is tasked with enhancing support functions across CRC Group’s various business segments.
