This strategic acquisition marks Emerald’s entry into the insurance technology sector as it continues to expand into high-growth markets through targeted acquisitions.
Strengthening Innovation in Insurance Technology
Founded in 2018, Insurtech Insights has established itself as a leading platform that connects insurers, brokers, technology providers, investors, and industry leaders. By fostering discussions on digital transformation, automation, and artificial intelligence, the company plays a crucial role in advancing efficiency and revenue generation for carriers, brokers, and startups alike.
This acquisition is one of Emerald’s most significant transactions heading into 2025. In addition to this deal, Emerald reported impressive financial performance for Q4 2024, with revenues reaching US$106.8 million, a 5.2% increase from Q4 2023. For the full year, revenues totaled US$398.8 million, up 4.2% from 2023.
