High Street Insurance Partners (HSIP), a fully owned subsidiary service-based insurance brokerage arm of the private equity company, Huron Capital, has completed the acquisition of Vested Risk Strategies Inc. (Vested), based out of Hillsdale, Michigan.
HSIP, which just has started its operation three years down the line in August 2018 to build a business on full-service insurance, has till now completed 18 acquisitions since its inception and continues to acquire more to become an established player going forward in the market. HSIP is based out of Traverse City, Michigan.
Vested was established in 1928, the fully service-oriented insurance company made a change in company’s name and started to be known as Vested Risk Strategies from 2017 onward, as the firm shifted its focus to offer a holistic 360-degree perspective on risk and return
