IK Partners Acquires Minority Stake In Seventeen Group

IK Partners, through its IK Partnership III Fund, has entered into an agreement to acquire a minority stake in Seventeen Group, a leading independent insurance and risk management organisation in the UK.

The stake will be purchased from the company’s founding shareholders and management team. While the financial details of the transaction remain undisclosed, the deal marks IK Partners’ first investment in the UK insurance sector, further expanding its expertise in supporting similar businesses across Europe.

Established in 1982, Seventeen Group provides a comprehensive suite of services, including insurance broking, underwriting, risk management, and claims handling. The Group is structured around:

  • James Hallam – A UK-wide brokerage platform catering to domestic and international commercial, personal, specialty, and high-net-worth clients.
