Insurance technology company insured.io has bolstered its sales leadership team with the appointment of Dave Stair as Director of Sales.
Stair brings more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, beginning his career in Workers’ Compensation claims adjusting. His extensive background positions him well to enhance insured.io’s sales strategies, foster innovation, strengthen partnerships, and achieve the company’s ambitious growth objectives.
“I joined the insured.io team to drive growth through direct SaaS sales and strategic partnerships. I’m excited to help mid-size carriers and MGAs leverage our technology to gain a competitive edge and address the needs of younger insurance consumers,” Stair said.
Throughout his career, Stair has held key leadership roles at prominent insurance technology firms. At FRISS, a platform specializing in fraud analytics for P&C insurers, and One Inc., a digital payments network for the insurance sector, Stair demonstrated a consistent ability to deliver results. While at One Inc., his team surpassed sales targets, achieving over $1.3 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR). As Vice President of Sales at DataPath, he managed a national sales team and drove growth in the company’s electronic payment solutions.
Steve Johnson, insured.io’s co-founder and Head of Product, expressed confidence in Stair’s ability to lead the sales team. “Throughout his career, Dave has demonstrated an exceptional ability to drive growth and deliver results. We’re thrilled to have someone with his expertise guiding our sales efforts,” Johnson said.
