Independent insurance brokerage Lockton has unveiled a new Digital Office aimed at enhancing its data, analytics, and technology strategies across the organization.
The initiative is designed to strengthen Lockton’s digital and data capabilities while developing innovative solutions for clients. Leading this effort is Claude Yoder, who has been appointed Chief Data, Analytics, and Digital Officer. Since 2019, Yoder has played a key role as Lockton Re’s global analytics leader, contributing to the company’s expansion and spearheading the development of SAGE, Lockton Re’s proprietary analytics and operational platform, which has secured two patents.
The Digital Office will focus on accelerating digital transformation, optimizing data utilization, and advancing technology integration. By leveraging digital tools and data-driven insights, Lockton aims to enhance operational efficiencies and support strategic decision-making across its business segments. These capabilities will bolster the company’s risk assessment, modeling, and advisory services, delivering greater value to clients.
“With the establishment of the Digital Office, Lockton is poised to set new standards in the insurance brokerage industry, ensuring sustained growth and success in the digital age,” he added.
By embedding cutting-edge digital strategies across its operations, Lockton continues to position itself at the forefront of innovation in the insurance sector.
