Insurtech leader Kalepa last week announced that North Star Mutual Insurance Company has successfully implemented Kalepa’s acclaimed Copilot underwriting platform.
North Star Mutual initiated the deployment of Kalepa’s Copilot in June 2023, aiming to enhance their underwriting processes across property, liability, and umbrella lines of business. Since the implementation, underwriters have found value in Copilot’s risk analysis capabilities, enabling them to write core business, including service risks, retail operations, restaurants, and churches, with increased profitability.
