RYZE Claim Solutions, a leading national provider of claims management services, has announced the acquisition of Acorn Claims, a Missouri-based firm renowned for its expertise in both daily and catastrophe claims across the United States.
The strategic acquisition aligns with RYZE’s ongoing mergers and acquisitions initiative, which is focused on fostering innovation and delivering superior service throughout the insurance claims sector. While financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, the transaction underscores RYZE’s commitment to growth through meaningful partnerships that share its cultural values and strategic vision.
RYZE delivers comprehensive claims solutions across diverse lines and geographies, bolstered by cutting-edge tools like its proprietary RYZEQAI platform. Acorn Claims adds to this with specialized capabilities in catastrophe and daily claims management, as well as third-party administration (TPA) services. Notably, Acorn brings its proprietary Expert Technical Analysis (ETA) platform to the table—a rigorous audit process designed to ensure mitigation services meet the highest industry standards.
As part of the integration, Rob Brown and Kirk Belz, co-owners of Acorn Claims, will join RYZE’s management team. Their leadership and Acorn’s reputation for excellence were key factors in the acquisition. RYZE plans to incorporate Acorn’s ETA methodology into its broader technology suite, significantly enhancing its water mitigation review capabilities.
