The Mutual Group, formerly known as TMG Insurance Services, LLC, has announced the appointment of Brett Humphrey as its new senior vice president and chief financial officer.
Humphrey brings nearly two decades of leadership experience in global financial services to his new role at The Mutual Group, an integrated insurance operations platform dedicated to the mutual industry.
The key hire’s career includes nine years at American International Group where he held senior positions in New York and Japan, most recently as vice president, separation finance.
Before AIG, Humphrey led actuarial and finance at Aegon Sony Life Insurance and served as CFO at Hartford Life Japan.
At The Mutual Group, he will help the company expand its member base and deliver exceptional capabilities and results to its mutual insurance company members.
