Victor, a leading global managing general underwriter (MGU), is pleased to announce the appointment of Tim McDougald as the president of its Victor US specialty underwriting division, effective immediately.
Bringing with him a wealth of experience garnered over a remarkable 34-year tenure at Marsh, McDougald has held pivotal leadership positions, most notably as the head of Marsh’s New England operations for the past eight years. His extensive background also includes spearheading the New York Metro Risk Management team at Marsh.
Assuming his new responsibilities from the company’s headquarters in Boston, Massachusetts, McDougald will directly report to Charles Williamson, CEO of Victor, as he steers the division towards continued success.
Commenting on McDougald’s appointment, Williamson expressed confidence in his ability to excel in this vital role, emphasizing McDougald’s status as a seasoned industry professional.
