WTW has announced the appointment of Robert Staeheli as deputy leader for the Metro DC market within Corporate Risk and Broking North America (CRB NA).
Staeheli, who has over a decade of management experience in the Arlington, Va., and Potomac, Md., offices, will now oversee operations across the Metro DC area, which includes the Baltimore, Potomac, Arlington, and Richmond offices. His role is effective immediately.
In his new role, Staeheli will collaborate with the regional team to drive growth by delivering customized services and solutions tailored to the specific needs of clients in the area. He will also work with WTW’s Industry Vertical Division (IVD) to offer industry-specific insights that set WTW apart in the market.
Prior to joining WTW, Staeheli was a partner and global practice leader at WiPro, a global technology consulting firm. His expertise in cross-selling and leading teams to understand clients’ unique risk profiles has been instrumental in developing tailored risk management solutions that align with business objectives.
Nancy Korcinsky, Southeast regional leader of CRB NA at WTW, emphasized Staeheli’s dedication to providing client-centered service.
Recently, WTW introduced a new China client division within its North American CRB operations, led by Jie Yan. This new unit falls under the broader Asia risk division, which was established in December 2023. The division includes teams focused on Japan, South Korea, and India, in addition to China, and is designed to address the unique risk management needs and cultural considerations of these markets.
