Zurich U.S. Launches AI-Driven Coaching Platform For Dealership F&I Teams

Zurich U.S., a major provider of property and casualty insurance and finance and insurance (F&I) solutions for auto dealers in the United States, has introduced Zurich Advisor IQ, an AI-powered coaching platform aimed at improving dealership performance and consistency.

The new platform records, tracks and analyses F&I conversations, providing transaction insights in as little as 15 minutes. It also creates personalised coaching scenarios based on identified performance gaps, with a focus on areas such as needs analysis, menu presentation and customer engagement.

According to Zurich, the platform is designed to help F&I managers conduct more effective customer conversations while ensuring buyers receive the information they need to make informed purchasing decisions.

Zurich Advisor IQ also gives dealerships visibility into both individual and store-level performance metrics, including PVR, PPD and utilisation, allowing managers to deliver more data-driven feedback. In addition, the platform continuously learns from incoming transaction data so that its training reflects the way each dealership operates.

The wider capabilities of the solution are intended to strengthen F&I coaching through objective, data-backed insights, promote consistent execution across deals and locations, identify behaviours and trends influencing performance, speed up onboarding for new F&I managers, and improve the overall customer experience.
