Zywave Taps New CFO

Paul Rybecky (seen above) has been named chief financial officer by insurtech supplier Zywave. The hiring comes in response to Zywave’s rapid expansion, which has included the acquisition of seven businesses since 2020.

Rybecky has a background in executive leadership spanning more than 30 years. His most recent position was as CFO of the cloud-based healthcare software company PointClickCare. Prior to that, he worked at DealerTrack Inc. in Lake Success as vice president of finance, treasury, and investor relations. Additionally, he was Confort & Company’s CFO.

Jason Liu, CEO of Zywave, claimed that Paul’s leadership style “will continue to strengthen our principles and culture.” He is the perfect candidate to assist us in scaling our internal operations and achieving our next level of growth because of his performance in similar contexts under an accelerated growth plan. We are eager to observe his effect.

Rybecky’s new position will see him handle all business operations areas, including accounting and finance, corporate development, human resources, information technology, and legal, as a member of the senior leadership team.

Rybecky added, “I am excited to join Jason and the Zywave leadership team and contribute my previous SaaS and leadership experience to the entire group. Zywave is in an exciting phase right now, and I’m eager to further the company’s goal of advancing digital transformation while leading the company’s continued expansion.
