Bringing with him a wealth of experience spanning over 25 years in the insurance realm, McGoldrick is poised to join Alliant’s dynamic energy and power practice. His primary focus will be on extending unparalleled support to clients engaged in the development, construction, and operation of both thermal and renewable power generation facilities.
McGoldrick’s impressive career trajectory includes pivotal roles at numerous national and international brokerage firms. Throughout his journey, he has adeptly navigated diverse lines of coverage and sectors, with notable expertise in power, private equity, and financial institutions.
In the past decade and a half, McGoldrick has distinguished himself by serving as a trusted outsourced risk manager for clients within the power generation sector. His strategic acumen lies in facilitating transfer placements for a spectrum of crucial areas, including property, builders’ risk, third-party liability, and contractual risk management reviews.

A graduate of Fairfield University, McGoldrick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in history and economics. Further enriching his academic portfolio, he earned a Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University. Additionally, McGoldrick is a licensed property & casualty producer in the state of Florida.
