Earnix, a provider of Dynamic AI for intelligent decisioning in the insurance and banking sectors, has appointed Matthew Twist as vice president of sales for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), as the company seeks to expand its commercial presence across the region.
Twist brings more than 25 years of experience in commercial growth across the insurance, technology and high-growth software industries. He joins Earnix from AI InsurTech company Concirrus, where he served as chief revenue officer and was responsible for sales, marketing, customer success and solution consulting.
His appointment comes as insurers increasingly seek to move beyond AI pilot projects and turn artificial intelligence into measurable business outcomes. While insurers have access to substantial amounts of data, AI technologies and technical expertise, many continue to face challenges in translating that intelligence into fast, reliable and appropriately governed business decisions.
Earnix has been addressing this challenge through the recent launch of AIOS, an AI orchestration system developed specifically for the insurance industry. The platform is designed to connect AI-driven intelligence with core insurance functions, including pricing, underwriting and customer engagement. It brings together predictive, generative and agentic AI within governed workflows to help insurers make faster, more accurate and defensible decisions while supporting growth, profitability and risk management.
In his new role, Twist will focus on driving commercial growth and expanding Earnix’s customer base across the EMEA region. He will also work closely with insurers and strategic partners to identify business challenges and accelerate the adoption of Earnix’s AI-powered pricing, underwriting and decisioning solutions.
Earnix describes itself as the first AI company built specifically for insurance decisioning. Its solutions are designed to provide insurers with intelligence, governance and decisioning agility to support profitable growth, strengthen resilience and respond with greater speed and precision to an evolving risk environment.
With more than 25 years of expertise spanning artificial intelligence, risk, pricing, rating, analytics and decisioning, Earnix integrates industry-specific AI into the workflows and decisions that influence insurance performance. Its capabilities cover areas including pricing, underwriting, claims, customer engagement and customer retention.
