AEGIS London has announced a move within its claims team. The first is Kerry Williams; in addition to her current responsibilities as Head of Technical claims, she has been appointed as Deputy Head of Claims at AEGIS London. And the second one is Carrie Trudeau, formerly SVP of Claims Canada, who has been appointed the new head of claims operations. She will oversee all operational aspects of the company’s claims team and will continue to support AEGIS London’s broader business activities in
Canada.
Lloyd’s insurer AEGIS London’s Head of Claims, Richard Foulger, said they were proud of the strength and depth of their business claims function. This recruiting of the senior leadership team recognizes the value of Kerry and Carrie’s contribution to their business and their importance in delivering fast and receiving claims services to insureds. Their focus has very much been on maintaining close relationships with brokers and clients despite The Limited opportunity for face-to-face contracts through the pandemic and the impact of ongoing market reform together. Carrie and Kerry will help drive continuous improvement in the company’s claim performance as the market evolves.
Kerry Williams has been working with Lloyd’s insurer AEGIS London since 2012, after making the switch from Catlin Insurance. Carrie Trudeau joined Lloyd’s insurer AEGIS way back in 2018 as Vice President; from the TPA division of Crawford and Company, where she has worked in several positions, such as Director Lloyds & Dedicated Units, Operations, and Client Service Manager.
