Leah Jakaitis, the former Acrisure and Carrot executive is taling over the role of VP of Marketing Science for PCF Insurance Services to drive business impact
PCF Insurance Services, located in Utah, has hired Leah Jakaitis, a former Acrisure and Tulco Labs executive, as its VP of Marketing Science.
Jakaitis is the latest in a succession of high-level, strategic executive hiring aimed at supporting the company’s extensive and diversified nationwide network of partner agencies, as well as leveraging data and analytics to drive considerable development across the organisation.
PCF Insurance Services, according to reports, is a prominent full-service consulting and insurance brokerage organisation that provides a wide range of commercial, life and health, employee benefits, and workers’ compensation solutions.
PCF’s agency-centric operational model and entrepreneurial atmosphere support its great growth profile as a top 20 US broker, providing partners with alignment through equity ownership, considerable leadership incentives, and resources to over 2,000 workers across the country.
A top executive role in PCF Insurance
As part of the role, who was previously the director of Carrot Fertility’s Business Intelligence, serves as a cross-functional strategic leader, specialising in the innovative use of data products to achieve business impact.
She is in charge of data governance and strategy, as well as marketing science and data products. She also helps the PCF Marketing and Business Intelligence teams develop tools and resources for PCF agency partners.
Insurance business leader qualities
Jakaitis created and scaled Carrot Fertility’s data function, which included directing full-lifecycle product management for data products like ROI models, engagement and utilisation estimates, and financial forecasting tools.
She was also a founder member of Altway Insurance and served as the Head of Marketing Science at Acrisure Technology Group, where she oversaw a cross-functional team in go-to-market and marketing strategy for products in the insurance technology field.
In the fields of marketing optimisation, authenticity in marketing, applied AI, and algorithmic marketing, Jakaitis has also offered industry and community thought leadership.
